Nobu originally trained for three years in Japan as a sushi chef and inherited the family business from his parents. He transformed the restaurant into a high-end authentic Japanese restaurant with an omakase counter. Nobu was a semifinalist for the James Beard Mid-Atlantic Region Chef, and is president of the Washington, DC Sushi Society.
Chef Nobu crafts a 15-course culinary journey, blending Japanese tradition with global influences, culminating with a decadent dessert. Each bite is a testament to precision and artistry.
