Chef Nobu's Sushi Taro is the oldest authentic Japanese restaurant in Washington, DC, with one Michelin star four years in a row, and a spot on the Opinionated About Dining (OAD) Top 100. Nobu originally trained for three years in Japan as a sushi chef and inherited the family business from his parents. He transformed the restaurant into a high-end authentic Japanese restaurant with an omakase counter. Nobu was a semifinalist for the James Beard Mid-Atlantic Region Chef, and is president of the Washington, DC Sushi Society. The Watergate Hotel is delighted to collaborate him for this exquisite Cherry Blossom experience.
