The Freedom 250 Grand Prix of Washington, D.C., will take place Aug. 22-23, 2026, marking the first‐ever NTT INDYCAR SERIES race on the National Mall.

This historic event commemorates America's 250th anniversary and marks the first auto race ever held on the National Mall. The 1.7-mile, 7-turn street circuit features a straightaway down Pennsylvania Avenue, looping around the Washington Monument and the U.S. Capitol.

General admission to watch the race is free, with limited premium seating and ticket packages available.
