A: No, your contract pricing will not include taxes and gratuities.

Q: Do you offer a discounted room rate for my guests who wish to stay at the hotel?
A: Absolutely. This rate varies depending on the date of your wedding and how many guests you expect to stay with us, but our team is standing by to crunch those numbers on your behalf.

Q: Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
A: So, it's going to be that kind of wedding! We will do our very best to accommodate all of your guests needs while staying with us for your special celebration.

Q: Can I host both my ceremony and reception at The Watergate Hotel?
A: Yes! We have several venues that can accommodate both a ceremony and reception for up to 250 guests. If you are planning to just have your reception at The Watergate Hotel, our Grand Ballroom can host up to 300 people.

Q: Can I host a cocktail reception before my ceremony on property?
A: Oui Oui! Gorgeous pre-function space is located just outside the Grand Ballroom and we can offer several terraces and a rooftop bar with jaw dropping views of the city.

Q: Is there someone on property to help make hair and makeup appointments for the bridal party?
A: Glam squad to the rescue! Our associates will be happy to arrange those details in our full-service spa or your bridal suite.

Q: What do I need to do to secure my preferred date?
A: A signed contract with a deposit are required. The balance based on the guaranteed guest attendance is due prior to your event via credit card or certified check.

Q: When do I need to give a final headcount?
A: Number of guests is required 7 days prior to your event. Final attendance cannot be lowered, but can be increased before your event.  The Watergate Hotel may not be prepared to serve over the confirmed amount of guests without timely notification.
