For the Foodie:
If you really want to show off at dinner call ahead and order our exclusive Love Letter Pasta. This will be an additional entreé to our prix-fixe 4-course Valentine’s Day Dinner and is sure to impress any date.
This specially created ravioli dish is made with home-made pasta and stuffed with lobster and shrimp mousseline, lemon zest, and fine herbs then covered in a lobster & piperade jus.
Our Love Letter Pasta is so delicious and exclusive you have to order it 72 hours in advance and will cost an additional $75.
For Something Unique:
If you have done the romantic dinner before and are looking for something a bit different we recommend our highly popular Valentine’s Day Chocolate Truffle Making classes. We partner with local DC chocolatier SPAGnVOLA to offer these exclusive Truffle making classes.
Your truffles will be crafted from fine cacao hand-picked at the chocolatiers’ farm in the Dominican Republic, then roasted and refined in Maryland. The head chocolatiers from SPAGnVOLA will guide you and whoever you choose to join you through the truffle making process while sharing their knowledge of cacao growing, chocolate history, and truffle making.
These classes are available on February 8, 9, 15 & 16. Advance ticket purchase is required.
For Celebrating Your Friends:
Valentine’s Day is not only to celebrate romantic love but friendship. This is why we have created a special igloo package for you and your friends to enjoy a private heated igloo, shared plates, a chance to “break the safe” and your choice of chocolates & cocktails or cigars & whiskey flights.
